Pickup is from major hotels, resorts and villas in Ocho Rios, Trelawny and Montego Bay areas.
You will be returned to your original point of pickup after the tour.

- Pregnant woman and guests with knee, back or neck problems should use caution when choosing this tour.
- You must be able to walk over natural surface, with inclines and steps and extended periods of standing.
- There is an observation deck next to the waterfall for guests who do not want to climb.
- Children under 6 years old will find it difficult to climb the waterfall.
- The water covered rocks at the Falls and at Blue Hole are slippery and extreme caution must be used at all times; you are supporting others while making the climb. There is a high risk of slips and falls.

Cancellations made 24 hours or less before the scheduled tour time incur a 100% penalty.
If the date of your ticket has passed, no refunds will be given.
