Pickup is from most major hotels and villas in the Falmouth, Trelawny and Montego Bay areas.

There is no cancellation fee if cancelled one day (24) hours before the date of the tour. Please call us at 876-347-4213 or email us at reservations@bamboobeachclub.com to reschedule or cancel your tour.
Cancellations made 24 hours or less before the scheduled tour time incur a 100% penalty.
If the date of your ticket has passed, no refunds will be given.
