1. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Cancellations More Than 24 Hours Before Your Tour
Reservations cancelled more than 24 hours before the scheduled tour start time (Jamaica local time) are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations Within 24 Hours
Cancellations made 24 hours or less before the scheduled tour start time are non-refundable and subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
No-Shows and Late Arrivals
Guests who fail to arrive at the designated meeting point at the scheduled time, or who miss their scheduled transportation or tour departure, are considered no-shows and are not eligible for a refund.
Guests who choose not to participate in the excursion after it has commenced are not eligible for a refund for unused services.
Cruise Ship Itinerary Changes
If your cruise ship is unable to dock at the scheduled port of call, preventing you from participating in your booked excursion, you will receive a full refund.
This applies to official cruise-line port cancellations due to weather, operational issues, or itinerary changes.
Cancellations by the Tour Operator
If we are unable to operate your scheduled excursion, you will be offered the option of rescheduling, subject to availability, or receiving a full refund.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within seven business days of approval. Additional processing time may be required by your bank or credit card provider.
2. TOUR EXPERIENCE & SERVICE CONDITIONS
By completing this reservation, guests acknowledge that they have reviewed the tour description, itinerary, inclusions, exclusions, and cancellation policy applicable to their purchased excursion.
Tour schedules, activity sequences, and certain operational arrangements may occasionally be adjusted due to weather, traffic, safety considerations, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We reserve the right to make reasonable operational adjustments while endeavoring to maintain the overall quality of the experience and provide the advertised services.
Guests who believe that a material component of their purchased excursion has not been provided as described are encouraged to notify our management team promptly so that we may investigate and address their concerns.
Such notification does not limit any rights available to guests under applicable law.
3. FARES & PRICES
All fares and prices are subject to availability and may change without notice until full payment has been received and the booking is confirmed.
Prices include applicable taxes and fees unless otherwise specified in the tour description or at checkout.
4. BOOKING CONFIRMATION & TOUR DEPARTURE
A reservation is confirmed once full payment has been received and a booking confirmation has been issued.
Guests are responsible for reviewing their booking confirmation and verifying that the tour date, time, number of participants, and selected excursion are correct.
Guests should arrive at their designated meeting point at least 15–20 minutes before the scheduled departure time, unless otherwise instructed in their booking confirmation.
Meeting locations and departure instructions are provided in the tour description and booking confirmation.
We are not responsible for missed departures resulting from late arrivals or failure to follow the provided meeting instructions.
5. TOUR AVAILABILITY
All tours and activities are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to modify or cancel excursions due to weather conditions, safety concerns, operational requirements, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If we cancel an excursion and cannot provide the booked service, guests will be offered a rescheduled date or a full refund.
6. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By completing a reservation and accepting these Terms & Conditions during checkout, guests acknowledge that they have reviewed and agreed to the cancellation policy, booking conditions, and tour experience provisions outlined above.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
